Experienced with building, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting Windows 10, 11 and Windows Servers in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Ownership of issues until it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. Microsoft Certified Professional – Windows 2003 R2, CompTIA A+ 2012 and 2021 Certified, in addition to AAB – Information Technology – Network Software and AAEET – Network Hardware from Cuyahoga Community College.
